Initial Scope
We can project manage a construction project from inception to completion.
At this stage, we also conduct feasibility studies on your property and begin to plan the process.
Design
Our creative designers will begin producing concept designs, architectural drawings and renders where applicable. This is a collaborative process where we work closely with our clients to turn ideas into a final set of plans for the construction phase.
Detailed Planning
We then begin organising every aspect of the construction project including our experienced tradespeople, our equipment and materials. Meanwhile, our skilled project managers will manage the project top ensure it runs efficiently.
Construction
During the construction phase we will ensure that the correct people, equipment and materials will be on-site at all times for a smooth build with attention to detail at the forefront of the build.
Completion
Here we apply the final touches and undertake a final inspection of the construction works to ensure that everything is in place. Once it has been signed off, we are then ready to complete the handover to you, the client.
