This project was situated in Eaton Place, Central London’s Belgravia district.

Our work on the property reflected the nature of the location so the style had to be refined and elegant.

We managed to blend contemporary and traditional materials to create a stylish interior which is bold in personality yet timeless in sophistication. We also made the most of the windows in the

property to maximise the light that enters.

The work included creating new basement area to accommodate entertainment place for the client plus total refurbishment and renovation to ground and lower ground floor into one high-end luxury

three stories flat with bespoke joinery, marble flooring and stairs as well as bespoke kitchen to suite the taste of our client.
